Dungeon is our emulation of the seminal single-player adventure game "Dungeon" of 1977, later released commercially by Infocom in the early 1980s as "Zork". It's a puzzle world - full of clever and often quite maddening challenges that'll make you pull your hair out. It swept the world of computer geeks in 1977, becoming the basis for the entire later MUD tradition - "MUD" being Multi-User Dungeon, a multiplayer enhancement of the original concept.
Our emulation runs on the TriadCity platform, where it's connected to the larger SmartMonsters universe by a portal in TriadCity's Museum of Technology and Society in the Southern Third.
